Give Online (e-Pledge)

It’s easy to give online through e-Pledge! Donate monthly through payroll deduction and spread your gift out across the year, or participate through a one-time donation for the charities of your choice.

Follow the instructions below to donate. Please note – you will be logged off after 20 minutes of inactivity. Download the pledge online instructions as a PDF or PowerPoint.

Online Pledge Instructions

Login to e-Pledge

  1. Click the orange “Make Your Gift” button at the top right of the screen.
  2. Login to e-Pledge, the online United Way pledging service, with your MyUTSA ID and passphrase. (If you’re having issues logging in, see “Login Troubleshooting,” below.)

Choose your Pledge Amount

  1. Click on the “Pledge Now” button.
  2. Select payment type. You can choose Payroll Deduction or Credit/Debit Card. Learn more about payroll deduction.
  3. Enter pledge amount and frequency.
  4. Designate to your organization of choice. Locate agency names to which you wish to donate in the Charities Listings or use the search feature by typing a keyword in the agency name field, then clicking search.
  5. Designate the amount to the organization of your choice.
    • Percentages: type the percent you wish to designate to each agency.
    • Dollar Amounts: type the dollar amount you wish to designate to each agency. The amounts entered cannot exceed the total annual gift you previously designated listed at the top of the page.

Confirm and Acknowledge

  1. Confirm organization designation amount.
  2. Select acknowledgement and additional gift options.
  3. Confirm donation.
  4. Enter your billing address, payment information & final submission. Press the “Submit” button at the bottom of this page, and you’re done. Thank you for making a difference!

Login Troubleshooting

Try logging in with an old passphrase, or reset your passphrase with the UTSA Passphrase Portal.
